Design and Manufacturing
With an innovative team of engineers and designers at epark engineering, we’re renown for our can-do attitude. We relish in taking an idea and making it a reality for customers.
Solving problems for various sectors, from street furniture, including seating and bike stands, to free-standing visitor check-in kiosks for the commercial real estate and education sectors. We also exclusively design and manufacture rugby scrum training equipment for leading Rugby brand, Rhino.
CAD and Prototyping
We’re able to provide a full design service backed up with 3D CAD modelling to help customers take a product from an initial concept, through to a stage where it can be produced efficiently and cost-effectively.
Linked to our design service, we can produce prototype products as either proof of concept, or for testing, to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met ahead of production.
Fabrication and Powder Coating
We have full metal fabrication facilities that include cutting, deburring, welding, drilling, tapping, machining, folding and bending.
Our in-house Powder Coating facility comprising of washing or degreasing, powder application and two ovens. A dedicated assembly area allows us to produce complete finished products, labelled and packed in some cases, from fabricated parts.
